Warehouse Admin - Elgin, IL
$18.00 to $20.00/hour plus benefits
We are seeking a ‘Warehouse Admin’ to join our team. This role focuses on administrative support for quality processes, documentation, and audits. You will be giving final approval and signing off on all customer orders to ship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Double and triple all orders, ensuring that specific customer instructions have been met and the order has been correctly fulfilled before you sign off on it to ship.
  • Data entry of part numbers and serial numbers into the systems.
  • Assist the Quality Team with internal and external audits and inventory counts.
  • Support root cause investigations of internal or external non-conformances to problem solve what we can do better and achieve 100% accurate orders.
  • Work effectively in a team environment while also performing independently when needed.
  • Communicate clearly across all levels, collaborate cross functionally with customer services and warehouse supervisors to approve orders.
  • Complete quality reports and update the database.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety and environmental procedures, report safety incidents to supervisors.
  • Deliver high-level service to internal and external customers, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in training and cross-training within the QA function, helping in other areas when needed.
