Position Objective:

The Warehouse / Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This role includes order fulfillment, light manufacturing/assembly, inventory handling, and safe operation of delivery vehicles. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, safety, and efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Providing customer service to clients with placing and fulfilling orders
  • Pull customer orders accurately
  • Manufacture custom filters using a table saw, measuring tape, and simple stapling assembly or glue roller machine
  • Prepare orders for outgoing shipments / deliveries via FedEx and regular freight carriers
  • Operating equipment and machines, such as vans, trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. to move inventory safely and efficiently around the warehouse and shipping facilities
  • Receive incoming stock shipments / unloading of trucks / stacking of inventory
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse-sweep, trash, clean bathrooms weekly
  • Load and deliver shipments on branch or customer trucks
  • Install HVAC filters in various types of air handlers.
  • At the completion of each service job, remove and dispose of all trash and debris such as used filters in accordance with environmental regulations.
  • Perform other duties assigned

Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED;
  2. Forklift Certification preferred;
  3. Possess and maintain valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical card in accordance with FMCSA requirements;
  4. Must be able to multi-task;
  5. Must be able to read, speak, write and understand written and verbal instructions in English to include completion of daily paperwork and forms along with basic math skills;
  6. Possess good communication and organization skills;
  7. Ability to work in confined spaces;
  8. Not be afraid of heights and ability to climb up and down various types of ladders;
  9. Must be a team player with the ability to work with others;
  10. Basic Computer Skills;
  11. Basic Math skills;
  12. Valid, non-expired driver's license and clean driving record;
  13. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
