Job description

Warehouse Shift Manager – Industry Focus - Bilingual English/Spanish Required 

Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to performs a variety of tasks within our recycling facility in Phoenix, AZ The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager is to motivate team performance to achieve production goals and individual KPIs. You’ll assist the Location Manager in implementing workforce management programs and managing a team of production employees on a specific shift.

This is a management role, full-time, pay rate $25.00/hour with opportunities for you to grow with us. We’re looking for people with skills in communication, problem solving, and time management. Your experience in waste/recycling or light manufacturing is a plus.


Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
