Rate of Pay
You will start at $16.50 per hour with the maximum hourly pay for this position at $17.50 per hour. We do not currently have any opportunities for promotion or transfer to other locations.

What does a member of our Crew Team get to do??

This job posting contains some information about what it is like to work in a McDonald's restaurant, but it is not a complete job description. People who work in a McDonald's restaurant perform many different tasks every day. Following is a list of tasks you will be trained on and may perform in the course of your shift:
  • Sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, equipment, work surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating.
  • Putting up advertising displays, posters, and seasonal decorations.
  • Taking out trash, recycling, and composting where applicable.
  • Stocking food and supplies.
  • All aspects of food preparation, including prepping, frying, grilling, baking, toasting, assembly, and presentation.
  • Brewing coffee, preparing shakes and blended drinks, and dispensing sodas.
  • Assisting customers with ordering on kiosks or at their chosen point of purchase.
  • Taking customer orders at the front counter, Drive-Thru, or via digital media and processing their payments.
  • Serving food and beverages to customers and delivery personnel.
  • Following food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
