How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive acquisition, retention and growth of Spectrum Community Solutions business by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Supervise and support a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, ensuring achievement of sales goals and quotas
  • Oversee monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports and tools to optimize project outcomes
  • Coordinate SCS activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues
  • Analyze market conditions and manage sales portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs
  • Manage all aspects of team performance, including selection, training, development, evaluation and compensation
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to ensure contracts and compliance, while building strong relationships with property owners and industry associations

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with travel up to 25% as required

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • 7+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Spectrum products and services
  • Strong organizational agility and negotiation skills
