FLRAA Integrated Product Support Logistician

Location

Brown Technologies is currently seeking a FLRAA Integrated Product Support Logistician who is a self-starter supporting the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Project Office.


DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Product Support Logistician to support the FLRAA Project Office in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product support and lifecycle sustainment within the DoD acquisition process and will play a key role in ensuring effective logistics planning, execution, and sustainment strategy development.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS), including research, analysis, development, integration, and coordination of logistics data with stakeholders
• Support development and review of acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Data Item Descriptions (DID), work breakdown structures, Integrated Master Schedules, and lifecycle cost estimates
• Support milestone activities including documentation review and participation in design reviews
• Analyze and assess Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, procurement, cybersecurity, manufacturing quality, and DMSMS
• Support analysis of logistics information across product support integrators and providers to optimize product support strategies
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams, including those focused on supply chain risk management
• Analyze logistics operations across FLRAA deployment environments to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
• Assess product support arrangements to ensure alignment with FLRAA sustainment strategies
• Support development and maintenance of required logistics documentation including LCSP, Core Logistics Determination, Sustainment Workload Estimates, Independent Logistics Assessments, IUID Plans, and other statutory requirements


Additional Duties:

• Support multiple acquisition and logistics projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistics and sustainment challenges
• Conduct logistics studies and technical analyses to support program objectives
• Provide clear and effective communication with stakeholders across the program


QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience OR High School diploma with 11+ years of related experience
• 8+ years of experience supporting Integrated Product Support for Army and/or DoD acquisition programs
• Familiarity with acquisition program processes, procedures, and IPS management
• Knowledge of acquisition and IPS regulations, policies, and standards
• Experience managing and executing complex logistics or acquisition projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management, including cyber risk
• Experience with Aviation Acquisition Program Offices
• Experience supporting Army organizations such as TRADOC, TCM, DOTD, DOS, or PEO STRI
