  • Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every beverage meets Loews' quality standards.

  • Respond to guest questions, offer recommendations, and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

  • Craft and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty coffees, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

  • Stock and serve light snacks, pastries, and pre-packaged items while maintaining freshness and quality.

  • Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and reconcile the cash drawer.

  • Apply correct pricing and promotional discounts during transactions to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor inventory levels of coffee, syrups, snacks, and supplies throughout the day, replenishing as needed.

  • Communicate low stock levels to the supervisor for timely reordering.

  • Maintain a clean, organized coffee cart and surrounding area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

  • Clean and sanitize equipment, including coffee machines and grinders, on a regular schedule.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties and support other food and beverage operations when needed.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service.

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage setting, particularly with coffee service, is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
