Hybrid Trainer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Hybrid Trainer is a key member of the Ziggi's Coffee operations team, responsible for upholding brand standards of service, quality, and consistency across all locations. This position blends hands-on training at local stores with travel to franchise

locations nationwide to support new store openings. Hybrid Trainers serve as brand ambassadors and culture carriers — ensuring every new team member is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver an exceptional guest

experience from day one.

COMPENSATION

Standard Pay:

Hybrid Trainers will be compensated at a rate of $18.00 per hour for all scheduled training shifts.

OpeningDifferential:

During active new store opening assignments, Hybrid Trainers will receive an increased rate of $25.00 per hour for all hours

worked in support of the opening. The opening differential applies only during the assigned opening period and will be reflected in the applicable payroll cycle. Upon returning to their home store, the team member's standard hourly rate resumes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead training for new staff during store opening assignments, typically 12 days in duration.

• Ensure Ziggi's Standards of Service are consistently

upheld, including guest experience, product quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed of service.

• Teach and coach team members on all Ziggi's Coffee policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Provide real-time feedback and make on-the-spot corrections when processes, recipes, or procedures are not followed correctly.

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all Ziggi's products, tools, and systems.

• Work a full-time schedule that includes nights and weekends as required.

• Travel in-state and out-of-state as needed to support new store openings.

• Flexible availability including mornings, middays, evenings, and weekends.

• Comfortable with frequent travel.

• Prior cash-handling and customer service experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a full shift.

• Ability to uphold all Ziggi's Coffee policies, brand values, and recipe standards.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role operates in a fast-paced café environment. Team members will be on their feet for the duration of their shift and may work in varying temperatures near espresso equipment. Travel assignments may involve early mornings, late evenings, and weekend work.
