-If Assoc Degree in Clinical Lab Science, Medical Lab Technician, Chemical Science or Biological Science with MLT (ASCP) or MLT (AMT) – two (2) years of experience.
-If Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Biological Science with ASCP categorical certification in specialty area – two (2) years of experience.
-If Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Lab Science with MT/MLS (ASCP) or MT/MLS (AMT) certification – no experience.

We will review MLTs but they need to have actual blood bank experience at larger facilities of 500+ beds. DC
