-If Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Biological Science with ASCP categorical certification in specialty area – two (2) years of experience.
-If Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Lab Science with MT/MLS (ASCP) or MT/MLS (AMT) certification – no experience.

Sign on Bonus: $10,000 commitment incentive – a total of 4 payments paid every 6 months for two years. We will review MLTs but they need to have actual blood bank experience at larger facilities of 500+ beds. DC
