Capital Partners (CP) is embarking on a multi-year reporting & data transformative journey to capitalize on data as a strategic asset to support better client insights, ensure top-quality data is leveraged for investment analytics, and explore the potentials of AI.

Under the leadership of the Head of Data, Performance, Reporting; the Addepar Product Owner & Reporting Analyst will be the lead and subject matter expert on projects (both strategic and tactical) which move our performance & reporting strategy forward incrementally. This role will begin as an individual contributor managing the Addepar product roadmap & backlog while also accountable for hands-on deliverables of new reporting content. There is the potential for the role to evolve into leading a small team of Addepar reporting specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the firm to understand their priorities for performance & client reporting. Collect, consolidate, and rank these into an actionable backlog and roadmap.
  • Create insightful new reporting in Addepar to meet the needs of client relationship managers across the firm servicing private wealth and institutional clients.
  • Iterate with stakeholders on prototypes and successive versions of client reporting content.
  • Partner with the change management team to create project artifacts including project charters, business requirements, and report prototypes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience at an asset management firm with 5+ years in performance or reporting focused roles. Addepar reporting subject matter expertise is required.
  • 1-3 years people management experience
  • Deep expertise in accounting, performance, trading, and investment research data across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equity, Alternatives).
  • Successful track record working on reporting transformative efforts leveraging modern reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • A strong background working with the front office (client relationship managers and investment professionals) to translate business use cases into reporting requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to build stop-gap tactical solutions to provide short term benefits while longer-term strategic solutions are realized.

This role can be based in our New York, Philadelphia or Boston locations and will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

Salary Range

$130k-$180k base salary + annual bonus

Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
