Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to work with clients, patients, and caregivers to monitor program participants' ability to manage their care and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality of program participants
- Complete consumer admissions/intakes as directed
- Ensure client services are authorized and communicated to clients and caregivers
- Manage referrals and maintain communication with clients and Case Managers
- Provide timely updates to Case Managers and internal teams
- Assist with time reporting issues and operational support
- Notify leadership and payor sources of concerns, including fraud or misuse
- Complete monthly customer service calls and maintain consumer records and budgets
- Collaborate with Field Support team on hiring updates and compliance requirements
- Assist with managing participant budgets and processing vendor payments and payroll
- Support onboarding of participants and Direct Service Workers by making connect calls and tracking candidates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- English language proficiency required
