  • Conduct design verification, tolerance stack-up analysis, and drawing reviews using GD&T principles.

  • Create, review, and manage 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using CATIA, Siemens NX/UG, or similar software.

  • Ensure designs and drawings comply with client, customer, and applicable industry standards.

  • Support customer meetings, technical design reviews, engineering presentations, and problem-solving activities.

  • Prepare and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), engineering releases, and related technical documentation.

  • Track engineering deliverables and ensure completion according to approved program timing and the master project plan.

  • Identify and recommend product improvements related to performance, quality, manufacturability, weight, and cost.

  • Lead or support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for design, validation, manufacturing, and customer issues.

  • Maintain accurate engineering records and provide regular updates regarding progress, risks, and escalation items.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and technical documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet program deadlines.

  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, DRBFM, DVP&R, 8D, and root-cause analysis.

  • Experience supporting automotive OEM or Tier 1 customer programs from development through production launch.

  • Familiarity with customer engineering portals and change-management systems.

Travel Requirements:
