Job description

MissionHires is seeking a Sr. Factory Manager (Chinese Speaking) to lead end-to-end operations of a server and rack integration facility in City of Industry, Los Angeles. This leader will own manufacturing, integration, testing, quality, logistics, safety, and workforce management, driving efficiency and on-time delivery in a high-mix, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racks
  • Drive continuous improvement using lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality
  • Manage, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and factory personnel; foster a safe, inclusive, productive culture
  • Collaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughput
  • Own production planning and execution to ensure timely, accurate delivery to customer specifications
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems aligned with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Oversee factory layout, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness; lead capital improvement projects
  • Enforce OSHA, ESD, and safety standards; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Track and report manufacturing metrics via ERP and production tools to drive performance
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound materials and outbound shipments to meet SLAs
Requirements
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware
  • Proven track record managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
  • Experience with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems (preferred)
  • Background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination (preferred)
  • Ability to enforce OSHA, ESD, and safety standards and maintain regulatory compliance
