Tree Services Division:

The Tree Services Division is our fastest growing and highest in-demand division. Our work comes primarily from our existing customer base of high-end residential clients.


Lead by an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist. Our tree services division is committed to the highest quality standards of arborist work and safety.


Our division lead currently fills the role of both Sales Arborist and Arborist Project Manager. We are seeking an Arborist Project Manager to allow our division lead to concentrate more on sales.


Arborist Project Manager Job Description:

The Arborist Project Manager will start at Werbrichโ€™s as a hands-on foreman responsible for the day-to-day operations of a crew. This will include climbing, lift operation, pruning, and tree removals.


After becoming an experienced foreman, the Arborist Project Manager will start to take over crew management duties from the division lead such as equipment maintenance, scheduling, and coordination with customers for multiple crews.


As additional crews are added, this position will evolve into a standard Project Manager role at Werbrichโ€™s which consists of scheduling and coordinating crews while checking on them throughout the day and helping where needed. At this stage, a company vehicle will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Experience driving large trucks and trailers
  • Knowledge of how to safely climb trees and operate aerial lifts
  • Proficiency in proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals
  • Experience in proper rigging, knots, tree removal, stump grinding, woodchipper operation, chainsaw operation, and running various other tree care equipment

Additional Skills and Qualifications (not required, but a huge plus!):

  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • Class A CDL
  • Mechanically inclined
  • General foreman/project management experience
