  • Base Salary for PRODUCTION MANAGER is:  $95k - $140k

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the converting team, fostering a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the converting process, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPI’s to senior management.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or related technical degree
  • 5+ Years of progressive leadership & learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Servant leadership mindset with experience building and developing teams in the manufacturing sector. 
  • A collaborative spirit that inspires and engage teams to achieve excellence.
  • Lean Manufacturing and SAP/ERP experience.
  • Paper manufacturing experience, specifically in converting operations.
