The Accountable Care Project Specialist is responsible for leading initiatives that improve Memorial Health Partner’s (MHP) performance in its value-based care (VBC) programs and Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO), as well as support MHP’s direct-to-employer business. This position will oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from quality improvement, network analytics, practice transformation, payer contracting and network management.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of applicable experience to our business is required
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
