Executive Housekeeper/Cook
Location: Boca Raton, FL (8 months; Live-Out) & Cape Cod, MA (4 months; Live-In)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with flexibility to work occasional weekends when guests are in residence.
Living Arrangements: Private accommodations are provided in a separate guest house on the Cape Cod property during the four-month live-in portion of the year.
Compensation: $115,000-$150,000+ annually, commensurate with experience. Health insurance stipend. 2 weeks PTO
Position Overview
A private couple with no children or pets is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper/Cook to oversee the daily operation of their residences in Boca Raton, Florida, and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, service-driven professional who enjoys preparing fresh meals, maintaining a beautifully run home, and providing seamless support in a refined private household.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and takes pride in anticipating needs while creating an effortless living experience for the principals and their guests.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and serve simple, healthy dinners for the principals and occasional guests. Preferred cuisine includes steaks, lamb chops, poultry, salads, and Italian-inspired dishes.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the home, including making beds and managing all household laundry and linens.
  • Maintain household inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee household vendors and service providers.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, detailing, fueling, registrations, and routine upkeep.
  • Welcome guests, prepare guest accommodations, and refresh rooms following departures.
  • Open and close each residence at the beginning and end of the season.
  • Assist with outdoor furniture setup and seasonal exterior preparations.
  • Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.
  • Complete grocery shopping, household provisioning, and pantry organization.
  • Coordinate dry cleaning drop-off and pickup.
  • Run household errands, including gift purchasing, returns, and miscellaneous personal shopping.
  • Provide driving assistance as needed.
  • Ensure both residences remain impeccably organized, fully stocked, guest-ready, and operating efficiently.
  • Polish silver and maintain fine household items.
  • Create fresh floral arrangements for dinners and entertaining.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
The family does have a deep cleaner once a week.
