What you'll do...

Position: Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights

Job Location: 10900 NE 4th Street, 8th Floor, Bellevue, WA 98004

Duties: Develops business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; building relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth plans; and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives. Develops and drives business opportunities by identifying program and project opportunities; determining program and project feasibility through data analysis; assessing the financial and physical performance of each program; and driving strategies with cross-functional teams. Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner; reporting on business strategies; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in business analysis and advises on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements; overseeing training; verifying necessary documentation for reviewing results; managing functioning of key process and controls; and determining appropriate information. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field and 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Skills required: Experience managing end-to-end product roadmaps, strategies, and overall business operations. Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel SharePoint), JIRA, and Confluence pages to document and track functional and technical Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive (MECE) requirements, milestones, and actions necessary to successfully integrate solutions and new service offerings. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to track requirements, milestones, and actions. Experience building and owning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) measures and tools to monitor Fulfillment Operations, make data driven decisions, and standardize operational metrics using Microsoft (MS) Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Experience with supply chain and third party logistics (3PL) engagement and local and/or global operations related to Fulfillment Centers to develop solutions that focus on enhancing and expanding current business operational functionalities and capabilities. Experience executing current state vs. future state assessments. Experience executing impact analysis using Microsoft (MS) Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Tableau to help support business cases and funding. Experience with improving Business Operations through standardizing work, implementing program enhancements, and implementing system updates. Experience owning the performance and execution of fulfillment service integrations, operations, and processes, including problem deep dives, data collection and reporting, process improvement, and the development of tracking and performance measures. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $163,322/year to $180,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
