Standard Shift & Shift Differentials: (Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance)
Day Shift
  • Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm

Night Shifts
  • 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
  • 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 7pm-5:30am

Night Shift Differentials
  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
  • After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
  • After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential

Weekend Shift
  • Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-7pm

Weekend Shift Differentials
  • Day 1 of employment = Work 36 Hours, Get paid 40 Hours
  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR

Position Description
  • Navigate tablets to read and interpret drawings
  • Lay-out/weld assemblies according to drawings
  • Structural - GMAW, FCAW
  • Miscellaneous - GMAW, GTAW & FCAW
  • Carbon, Stainless, Aluminum
  • Overhead crane operation
  • Forklift operation
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation
  • Maintain and wear all required personal protective equipment

Position Requirements
  • Previous experience and/or education in welding preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to handle physical workload required
  • Good time management skills required
  • Motivation to learn and succeed required
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds required
  • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
