Performing Arts Center Manager
Anticipated start date: August 24, 2026
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Weekly working hours: 40
Schedule will need to be flexible depending on PAC rentals/usage
Salary: $87,846 - $96,252 (Non-Represented Salary Schedule 2025-26) *2026-27 reflected on Job Description. Posting of 2026-27 Salary schedule TBD.
Work Calendar: (2026-27 Administrator 260 Day Work Calendar)
The Mount Si High School PAC Manager has the daily responsibility for the technical operations of the venue including lighting, sound, stage rigging and other equipment, supervision of technical staff, and coordination of necessary maintenance; is responsible for the scheduling of all District and community events in the venue; and will manage all aspects of PAC rentals (rental agreements, billing, and collections). The MSHS PAC Manager will work on a flexible schedule basis and be present as expected and needed at events and/or programs, to include weekends, at the MSHS PAC to ensure appropriate facility utilization and asset preservation.

  • Insurance: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.*

  • Paid Holidays: This position may be eligible for up to 14 paid holidays per year. The number of holidays depends on the employee's start and end dates.
