• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings via telehealth platforms to understand each patient's unique needs and challenges.
• Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to short-term therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health issues.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops, focusing on pertinent topics that encourage personal development, emotional resilience, and community support.
• Engage in regular collaboration with medical teams, primary care providers, and other healthcare staff to optimize holistic patient care.
• Implement outreach initiatives, including virtual mental health awareness campaigns and wellness workshops, aimed at promoting community understanding and support for mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records that comply with HIPAA and ethical standards, documenting treatment plans and progress accurately.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Duchess, you'll work with a diverse spectrum of patients, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing various mental health challenges. Your empathetic approach will help guide them through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, ensuring they receive tailored support and empowerment throughout their care journey.

• Valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of the unique mental health challenges faced by diverse patient populations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy models appropriate for a remote counseling setting.
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads in a flexible, fast-paced environment while prioritizing urgent situations effectively.

• Previous counseling experience in a community health or hospital setting is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in crisis management and intervention strategies.

• Annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, based on professional experience and qualifications.
