• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling sessions through telehealth services, offering crisis intervention for patients facing immediate mental health challenges.
• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops that focus on critical aspects of mental health awareness, coping strategies, and personal development.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, support staff, and external agencies, to coordinate holistic care for patients.
• Lead outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and providing resources to the community.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards while ensuring accurate documentation of treatment outcomes.

Our counselors support a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. • Active California state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• A solid understanding of the unique mental health needs of diverse patient demographics, with a particular focus on those accessing telehealth services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapies and brief intervention models relevant to the telehealth environment.

• Experience providing telehealth counseling services or familiarity with digital health platforms and tools.
• Background in crisis management, individual therapy, and group facilitation.
• Previous experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
