North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ramโ€™s Service Departmentย is looking for a talented individual to be our newย Service BDC / Cashierย who will assist our customer, the Service Advisors and other supporting staff in running the day-to-day business.ย We value our employees and invest in their success.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls to the service department for appointments

- Scan completed repair orders into DMS scanning system

- Process customer payment transactions via credit card, check or cash

- Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.

- Complete daily deposit slip and place money in the deposit box.

- Coordinate refunds transactions with service manager

- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.

- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Check-outs and Greets customers on Saturdays when they come to pick-up or drop-off.

Rental:

-Provide backup support to the Rental Clerk during the week and serve as main contact for rentals on Saturdays

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00, Saturday 8:00-3:00 : Off Sunday and Wednesday

Provide assistance to the service department and complete Additional duties or tasks as requested by management. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
