This position is in Salary Grade CS3, with a minimum salary range of $21.88 to 27.36 per hour. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the salary grade range.

General Description
The primary purpose of this position is to support the C2A3 Executive Director, with additional assistance to the C2A3 team as necessary.. This position will be managing specific administrative tasks related to communication and support for the Board of Directors and their executive assistants, , member institutions and their bundle coordinators, C2A3 trainers and their administrative contacts, and partner organizations. It entails processing reimbursements and invoices from all vendors and partners and assisting with the tracking of all expenses related to C2A3 cooperative agreements. This person will support the executive director with member communications, calendar scheduling, meeting logistics and database management and will serve as the recorder/keeper of meeting minutes of the Board of Directors. This person will assist with event logistics for various trainings, conferences, workshops and regional events across the country. . This includes maintaining records and registrations, coordinating training assessments and evaluations with each event, managing logistics (caterings, space rentals, AV, etc.) and arranging travel as necessary for trainers, consultants and staff.
Qualifications: Education
Associate's degree in business, finance, accounting, communications or related field is required, or commensurate experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
