Title: Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor (BodyPump, Core, Pilates)
Reports to: General Manager
Pay Range: $20 - $40/hour
Location: Randolph, MA

Summary:
As a Les Mills Group Exercise Instructor at Central Rock Gym, you'll lead high-energy, professionally programmed classes that inspire members and guests to move, train, and build lasting fitness habits. You'll bring the Les Mills experience to life while contributing to CRG's welcoming, community-driven environment.
We are specifically seeking instructors certified in Les Mills BodyPump, Core, or Pilates who are passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality classes and growing participation across our fitness offerings.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality Les Mills classes in alignment with brand standards and CRG expectations
  • Stay current with Les Mills releases, choreography, and coaching standards
  • Communicate and coordinate with gym management on class schedules and coverage
  • Manage class rosters and assist with bookings through Rock Gym Pro
  • Partner with management to promote classes across CRG channels (website, social, in-gym) and actively build your class following
  • Create an inclusive, motivating, and welcoming environment for participants of all experience levels
  • Set up and break down equipment before and after class; maintain a clean and organized studio space
  • Support the instructor team with reliable sub coverage to ensure consistent class offerings

Requirements:
  • Active Les Mills certification in BodyPump, Core, or Pilates (required)
  • Strong presence, energy, and ability to lead group classes with confidence and clarity
  • Excellent communication and member engagement skills
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes
