As a Store Manager at Trek Bikes Florida, you lead the shop and set the standard for the team. Your focus is growing the business, developing strong people, and creating a store where every rider has a great experience. You coach your team, drive results, and build a culture that reflects our values: do the right thing, do your best, show people we care, and stay coachable.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you are accountable for your store’s performance — financial results, operations, team development, and the customer experience. You lead from the front, set the standard, and build a high-performing team.


Financial Performance – 50%
  • Drive revenue and gross profit on the sales floor and service counter
  • Lead by example in sales and customer experience
  • Ensure bikes are built and serviced quickly so inventory and labor never slow sales
  • Review store performance and address gaps quickly
Staff Development – 25%
  • Train and coach team members in sales, service, and systems
  • Reinforce training through role-play, Trek University, and hands-on coaching
  • Lead team meetings and maintain a culture of growth and accountability
Store Operations – 15%
  • Maintain strong cash handling and financial controls
  • Ensure accurate inventory, receiving, transfers, and cycle counts
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with the Trek brand
Leadership – 10%
  • Manage team schedules and performance expectations
  • Develop IDPs for direct reports
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings

Perform other duties as assigned.
