Collier County, Lee County, Charlotte County, Estero, FT Myers

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your store to success through strong leadership, effective team management, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Drive revenue and gross profit growth on the sales floor and service counter
• Lead by example in sales and customer service
• Ensure that bikes are built and serviced quickly to maintain sales momentum
• Regularly review store performance and address any areas for improvement

• Train and coach team members in sales, service, and systems
• Reinforce training through role-playing, Trek University, and hands-on coaching
• Lead team meetings and foster a culture of growth and accountability

• Maintain strong cash handling and financial controls
• Ensure accurate inventory, receiving, transfers, and cycle counts
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with the Trek brand

• Manage team schedules and performance expectations
• Develop IDPs for direct reports
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members

• Retail Leadership: At least 1 year of experience managing a retail store and team, with a focus on driving sales and profit growth
• Sales & KPI Focus: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, gross profit, and customer experience targets
• Coaching Mindset: Able to train, develop, and hold team members accountable to high standards
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods
• Growth Mindset: Willing to learn and apply training programs such as Trek University and Cardone University
• Leadership: Comfortable making decisions, having direct conversations, and holding people accountable
• Organization & Communication: Strong organizational skills with clear written and verbal communication
• Active Lifestyle: Passion for cycling and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle
• Customer Focus: Committed to delivering an exceptional retail experience
• Physical Ability: Able to regularly lift and carry up to 45 lbs

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Bicycle repair or mechanical knowledge, or a willingness to learn
• Experience in training, coaching, or team development, or a strong desire to develop these skills
• Sales strategy or revenue growth experience, or a keen interest in learning
• Bike shop or specialty retail management experience, or a passion for the cycling industry
