A Manager Bartender is a hospitality professional who oversees bar operations while also serving drinks and managing staff. In addition to mixing and serving beverages, Manager Bartenders handle cash management, resolve customer complaints, and help train new bartenders. Their dual role requires both strong leadership and bartending skills to ensure smooth and profitable bar operations.

A Manager Bartender is responsible for both supervising the bar team and actively engaging with customers, especially during peak hours.
