Job Description

Homee is transforming mobile shopping. We are changing the way people design and furnish their spaces through a simple, quick and completely personalized process. We are looking for sales driven, creative and efficient individuals who are interested in style and are hungry to be on the cusp of a cutting edge industry.


Sales associates at Homee are responsible for using their eye for style, people skills and sales techniques to move clients along the Homee Design & Sales Process. You will be on the front lines servicing clients the Homee way: confident yet warm, cool & edgy yet approachable.


Your day to day:

  • Manage relationships with your clients
  • Chat & Communicate with Clients through our mobile and computer messaging platform.
  • Present clients with furniture pieces that match their style and budget requests
  • Curate designs that display cohesive spaces off of the furniture pieces that you think resembles the client's style
  • Move the client towards sale by leveraging style & design
  • Work with the Orders team to facilitate a smooth shipping & delivery process for your clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients each step of the Homee process
  • Take on new clients
  • Sell Furniture!

Ideal Homee Sales Associates ...

This position is a remote consulting Sales role. You are able to set your own hours, days & manage your own workload depending on how many clients you are looking to work with each week. We have an in house support system that can provide assistance, tips & tricks and resources for you to improve your design eye, customer service and sales capabilities.


The position is paid per completed design project as well as commission on each sale.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years Sales Experience
  • Can prove an understanding of basic Interior Styles
  • Willing to learn more about Interior Design
