Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions. The role involves building conversational AI systems, automating workflows, and integrating generative AI into enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-powered copilots and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and manage intelligent workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (LLMs).
• Create and manage conversation flows, intents, and topics.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP, APIs).
• Develop automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate).
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI model performance and user interactions.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8-10 Years of experience in AI Engineering
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt engineering
• Azure OpenAI Service
• Hands on in Copilot studio
• Azure AI Cloud foundry - Building AI workflows and orchestration
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI solutions
• Experience in building conversational AI systems
• Experience in automating workflows
• Experience in integrating generative AI into enterprise applications
• Experience in creating and managing conversation flows, intents, and topics
• Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ITSM, ERP, APIs)
• Experience in developing automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Ability to ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI applications
