System Administrator (AWS & Microsoft 365)

Location: Onsite at - Valley View, OH

Duration: 6+ months

We're looking for a System Administrator with strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 administration to support and maintain secure, scalable enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing cloud environments, improving system performance, automating administrative tasks, and ensuring high availability across business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and security controls.
  • Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and performance optimization.
  • Configure and maintain identity and access management solutions.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure and system-related issues.
  • Maintain Linux and Windows Server environments.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and enforce security best practices.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Cloud Engineer, or similar IT infrastructure role
  • Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Windows Server and Linux administration
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Knowledge of system security, compliance, and identity management
  • Experience with system backups, patch management, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (or related certification)
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
