This is a fantastic multi-site Plant Manager opportunity with a growing, global organization that supports customers primarily in the automotive sector, as well as industrial machinery and construction sectors. This role will oversee all operations at 2 sites near the IL/IN Border and manage operational KPIs Client Details Our client is a global organization with a large domestic presence, manufacturing various metal-fabricated products used in fastening and assembly solutions. With a large focus on the automotive sector, the company has worked hard to maintain and build upon the momentum they established and are looking for a tenured plant operations manager to continue to drive growth and operational efficiency. Description Lead day to day production operations Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949 Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy Profile 7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience Full P&L responsibility Ability to lead cross functional teams Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level Experience with New Product Development and Introduction Automotive background a plus MBA/Advanced degrees a plus Job Offer Salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience and interviews 15% bonus target 3-4 weeks PTO Retirement plan/match Comprehensive health benefits Car mileage reimbursement program Holidays closures More MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
