Global UAT COE - 3 Positions
Focused on high value products that deliver a lot of features. Team is responsible for testing over 200 applications. Currently manual testing process. They need to upgrade to automation to better support products.
Automation transform started last year, but it is taking too much time to move from manual to automation.
Must haves:
Selenium
Java
CI/CD
Cucumber
Mentoring/leading.
Nice to have:
Adding new technologies: Cypress, UDF
These candidates will be responsible for:

Building automation test cases - converting manual to automation 90%.
Create training / learning curriculum to train global team. 10%
Testing and delivery. Most tests are manual, and they need to accelerate their automation journey. Current team is behind, they need to hire drivers/leaders who are hands on with building automation test cases and helping bring others up to speed on new processes and tech.
Need leaders to help accelerate and transform manual testing to automation. Help upscale staff, teach, train, mentor, and develop test cases. ***Need someone hands on with lead skills/experience.***
Someone experience working with large global teams needed.
