Role: QA Analyst & Automation Specialist

Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review business and technical requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and testability.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (TypeScript) and Java-based frameworks for UI and API validation.

• Execute functionality, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems.

• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including demos and walkthroughs.

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.

• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, validate backend data using SQL, and ensure compliance with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.

• Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs.

• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best practices.

• Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.
