Primary Skill: Salesforce Testing (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows), nCino Module Testing, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Cucumber / BDD, REST & SOAP API Testing (Postman, REST Assured), Oracle SQL, CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), Data Validation & Backend Testing
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the QA strategy, automation framework design, and test execution for Salesforce nCino applications within the ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain test automation suites using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber (BDD), driving shift-left quality practices.
• Validate Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, batch jobs, and user access/security controls through detailed test design.
• Perform integration and regression testing across Salesforce, nCino, and upstream/downstream systems such as Loan Origination and Treasury platforms.
• Execute API testing for REST and SOAP-based web services using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Conduct backend data validation using Oracle SQL to ensure data integrity between core banking and Salesforce systems.
• Coordinate defect management, triage, and root cause analysis with developers, business analysts, and release management teams.
• Ensure testing alignment with quality governance, compliance, and release control standards.
• Produce and maintain QA metrics, dashboards, and CI/CD integrated test reports using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Mentor QA analysts in automation techniques, scripting, and test design best practices.
• 8-10 years of total QA experience including 4+ years focused on Salesforce/nCino testing.
• Proven leadership as a QA Lead in large-scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or nCino projects.
• Advanced programming skills in Java and proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber frameworks.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), validations, flows, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Hands-on experience testing nCino modules (Loan Origination, Collateral, Deposits, or Document Manager).
• Strong Oracle SQL skills for backend verification and large-volume data testing.
• Proven expertise in web service testing (REST/SOAP), message validation, and security/token-based authentication.
• Good exposure to CI/CD, test automation pipelines, and quality reporting tools.
• Familiar with QA lifecycle, release standards, and regulatory testing practices is a strong advantage.
