Design Engineer (Manufacturing & Electrical Experience) - Innovative Leadership Role

Salary- 95k-120k Based on Experience 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams to develop innovative product solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage product introduction processes, including customer needs analysis, project proposals, and management approvals.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and cost targets.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for product lines and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop tooling, participate in customer acceptance tests, and provide ongoing engineering support.
  • Propose tools and techniques to accelerate new product development and introduction.
