Brief Overview of Position
The Audio/Visual Collaboration Engineer is part of anindustry leadingIT team working in a fast-paced environment at Texas Capital Bank. Working under the general guidance of the Manager, this individual willbe responsible forengineering, design, architecture, day-to-day tasks support,assistingin voice, collaboration and video conferencing systems configuration, administration, and its operation. As well as completing preventative maintenance checks, diagnosis, and repair.
Work in collaboration with our IT network engineers to resolve hardware, software, or other system problems, and replace defective components working with vendors and managed service providers
5 +years of experience installing, configuring, andmaintainingprofessional A/V equipment (such as video switchers and extenders, amplifiers, speakers, control systems, and microphones) from companies like QSC, Shure, Crestron, Biamp, Cisco.
Experience installing and troubleshooting AV and IT related infrastructure (cabling, connectors, rack assemblies, etc.)
Experience with tabletop cable terminations, mounting speakers, pulling cables, mounting flat panel displays
Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, proactive, and ambitious.
