Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design medium- to large-scale installed A/V solutions across diverse environments.
  • Develop comprehensive design and proposal packages, including detailed quotes, scopes of work, and customer-focused drawings.
  • Produce complete drawing sets using established design standards, templates, and tools.
  • Provide escalated technical support for existing installed A/V systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Experience

  • Extensive background in designing conferencing and collaboration systems, including council and commission chambers, large-scale classrooms, and operations centers.
  • Strong familiarity with leading control and integrated switching platforms such as Crestron, Kramer, QSC, and Extron.
  • Experience working with major audio technology vendors, including Shure, Biamp, and QSC.
  • Knowledge of video wall, projection, and display systems from manufacturers such as Panasonic, NEC, Samsung, Epson, and Planar.
  • Solid understanding of A/V transport technologies including AV over IP, HDBaseT, Dante, and AVB.
  • Hands-on experience with wired and wireless microphone systems and permanently installed audio solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • CTS certification required; CTS-D highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., DMC-E, DM-NVX, Biamp, Shure, Dante, QSC) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CAD and design tools such as Visio or Stardraw, along with a solid understanding of modern networking standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple deadlines, and support travel requirements (10–30%, primarily in-state).
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks at the local, state, and national levels.

We offer a competitive base salary and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where innovation thrives. If you're passionate about A/V technology and eager to grow with a rapidly evolving company, we’d love to hear from you!
