Their work is essential in industries like music, film, broadcasting, and live events to ensure seamless audio experiences.

How does a manager audio engineer typically balance hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities?

  • Strong knowledge of audio equipment, including digital and analog mixers, wireless microphone systems, PA systems, and signal flow.
  • Familiarity with audio software and systems such as Dante, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure in live environments.
  • Understanding of acoustics, gain structure, and live mixing techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality sound.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills when working with clients and production crews.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in audio engineering, music production, or a related field preferred.

How to Apply:
If you're passionate about sound and thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and why you’re a strong fit for this role.
