POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting business development and property marketing initiatives within a commercial real estate environment. This strategic marketing role contributes to the creation of compelling materials that win business, elevate property visibility, and drive client engagement.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. This role integrates digital marketing, creative support, and strategic communications to enhance brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Business Development & Pursuit Marketing:
  • Support the creation and assembly of proposals, presentations, and customized client communications.
  • Collaborate with brokers, internal services and creative teams to craft persuasive content that elevates storytelling and strengthens pursuit strategies.
  • Update or adapt team and market-specific capabilities, materials, social media content, and advertisements to position Transwestern in the marketplace.

Property Marketing & Campaign Execution:
  • Execute marketing campaigns that support property launches, repositioning efforts, and tenant engagement, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, social media content, event invitations, and web pages.
  • Coordinate the development of property-specific campaigns for listings, events, and tenant outreach efforts.
  • Ensure all content reflects consistent design, strategic messaging, and alignment with brand and property goals.

Workflow Management:
  • The production and distribution process of marketing collateral.
  • Maintain organized systems for project documentation, collateral archives, and marketing assets to support efficiency and reuse.
  • Leverage marketing platforms and shared tools to streamline collaboration and ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Uphold brand standards by ensuring all marketing materials reflect consistent tone, design, and positioning.
  • Support event planning and execution, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Support administrative marketing functions such as mail merges, content uploads, and cross-team approvals.
  • Perform or assume additional duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role.
  • Commercial real estate, property management, architecture, or professional services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, xRM), marketing platforms (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and HTML is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is helpful.
  • Basic graphic design skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
