You prioritize outcomes and measurable value, delivering minimum viable releases that scale.

Job responsibilities

  • Translate complex processes into clear responsibilities across automation agents, tools, and people, including exception paths and approvals
  • Build and manage a business-outcome-driven backlog focused on performance, accuracy, value, and user experience
  • Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery milestones in an agile model
  • Embed responsible artificial intelligence practices from day one, including explainability, audit trails, testing, and control evidence
  • Drive alignment across business, finance, technology, architecture, operations, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders
  • Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, time saved, quality, accuracy, throughput, and operational risk exceptions

  • Monitor outcomes post-launch and continuously improve product performance, reliability, and usability

(Optional) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in cards, payments, lending, or partner-based consumer financial products
  • Experience with software as a service products, data analytics products, or cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with experimentation, rapid prototyping, and product discovery methods
  • Experience designing operational workflows for frontline or back-office teams
