Candidate should have OUTSTANDING verbal communication skills and should be fast in understanding business needs and should come-up with various options for design, understand various user personas quickly, self-driven to conduct meetings with business to demonstrate the rationale behind various design options, drive conversations to help client arrive at an optimal design based on the business functionality and be adept at using various wireframing tools.

Good communication and storytelling skills as role requires interfacing with senior stakeholders

Need to see portfolio of UX work (Research, Insights, concepts, rapid prototypes, user validation, and documentation).

Tools - prototyping tools like Axure, Omni grafle, Illustrator et al. (quite flexible in choice and comfort).
