  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation for application features and enhancements, ensuring robust solution architecture.

  • Write high-quality code, conduct thorough testing and debugging, andmaintaincomprehensive documentation for all deliverables.

  • Provide hands-on development for complex and high-risk components, resolve critical defects, and support production issues as needed.

  • Design and develop APIs, services, and data flows, integrating with upstream and downstream systems to ensure scalability and maintainability.

  • Enforce secure coding practices, code review standards, and testing strategies-including unit and integration tests-for quality assurance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Network, Business, DevOps, and Testing teams to clarify requirements and align priorities.

  • Coordinate with DevOps on pipelines, environments, and deployments, managing technical dependencies and integration testing across teams.

  • Ensure security and compliance requirements are met,maintaindeliverytransparency, and proactively communicate status, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

WhatYou'llBring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciencewith at least 7 years of progressive experience in software development and solution architecture.

  • Advancedexpertisein Java, Spring Boot (REST, MVC, Security), Microservices, and modern cloud technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI, AI-assisted development, LLM-based application patterns, Python,LangChain/LangGraph, prompt workflows, tool integration, and responsible AI practices.

  • Skilled in AI concepts and tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf, and agent-based coding.

  • In-depth knowledge of telecom industry standards, business processes, and technology solutions.

  • Strongproficiencywith Docker, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, Kafka, Jenkins, Git, OpenShift, AKS, and cloud-native development.

  • Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze complex business and technical requirements; lead solution design, product backlog management, and sprint/release planning in Agile environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, including mentoring teams, conducting technical reviews, andmaintainingdocumentation repositories; experience in end-to-end business process optimization and IT portfolio management is preferred.
