Overview
The IT Application Analyst is responsible for the development, support, and implementation of solutions utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft SharePoint, and related functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Aptitude for learning new tools and applications.
  • Develop enhancements and solutions leveraging application platforms, including integrations.
  • Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolutions.
  • Document design, development work, and testing results.
  • Perform IT testing.
  • Perform regular health and performance checks.
  • Leverage AI tools to promote efficiency

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, or other related field, and zero (0) to three (3) years of experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of IT application support and/or IT developer experience.
  • Experience with Power BI and or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Experience coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working in small to medium-sized companies (50 to 200 employees) having operations in multiple countries, or as a consultant serving customers with a similar business size.
  • Exposure to AI tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
