Job description

Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Transportation Specialist in our Cross-Border Carrier Center (XBCC). You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery of customer packages to over 200 countries worldwide. Your expertise will help optimize our complex network of internal and external partners, directly impacting customer satisfaction on a global scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient service to carriers, escalating issues internally when necessary
- Independently manage your time to research cases, identify trends, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with partner teams to address root causes of defect trends
- Document investigation outcomes clearly and concisely
- Maintain high standards of attendance, productivity, and quality while adapting to evolving business needs
A day in the life
As a Transportation Specialist, you'll start your day by reviewing carrier cases and prioritizing your workload

You'll dive into data analysis, using your problem-solving skills to identify patterns and propose solutions. Throughout the day, you'll communicate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to resolve issues and improve processes. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the global export supply chain and ensuring timely package deliveries worldwide.
