Your future role:

As Regional Operations Manager,you'llown a territory of partnered physician clinics - their performance, their people, and their P&L.You'lltrain and supervise a team of Clinical Allergy Specialists, build deep relationships with physicians and clinic leadership, recruit top talent, and make the business decisions that drive your region's growth.
