Faith Comes By Hearing (FCBH) is a global ministry committed to making God's Word accessible to every person in their heart language. Through Audio Bibles, Gospel Films, and Oral Bible Translation (OBT), we serve people groups around the world-many of whom cannot read or do not have Scripture in a language they understand..

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Data & Reporting Coordinator for our Oral Bible Translation projects to support our Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming Oral Bible Translation (OBT) data for the writing team to use in reports, proposals, and other communications for donors, partners, and leadership.
This position plays a key role in building and maintaining reporting systems, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows, while also coordinating the collection of field testimonies, photos, and videos from global teams.
This is not a remote position. This position reports to and is located in our Albuquerque office.
Responsibilities include:
Testimony and Media Acquisition
1. Own and manage the end-to-end process for acquiring written testimonies, photographs, and videos from OBT field projects.
2. Coordinate with global field staff and internal departments to identify, request, and collect testimony from active OBT projects.
3. Organize and lead virtual meetings global staff and field teams including occasional meetings during off-hours (early morning or evening) to accommodate global time zones.
4. Organize and maintain a digital library of OBT testimonies, images, and videos ensuring assets are easily accessible to writers, video creatives, graphic designers, and other members of the Marketing and Communications Team.
5. Steward the confidentiality of funding partners, donors, field staff, and program beneficiaries. Use sound judgement when working with sensitive content, including written testimonies, images, videos, and program data.
OBT Data Gathering and Reporting
6. Serve as the Marketing and Communications Department's lead liaison for OBT reporting data, maintaining standing working relationships with data owners in Oral Bible Translation, Global Partnerships, Intellectual Property, and Donor Engagement to gather, analyze, organize, and summarize key OBT reporting data. This includes specific project information, multi-year recording schedules, funding levels, geographic focus, strategic goals, and measurable impact. Outputs inform writers, designers, videographers, executive leadership, and external funding partners.
7. Analyze and summarize data on the OBT Projects Board. Prepare and disseminate that data to writers for use in proposals and reports.
8. Build, own, and maintain the Monday.com reporting boards and AI-powered reporting dashboards that aggregate OBT data for Marketing and Communications use. These assets are distinct from the OBT Projects Board, which is owned by the AI Integration Specialist. Support decision authority over the schema, taxonomy, access permissions, and archival policies of Marketing-owned reporting assets. Establish and enforce data quality and usability standards for these assets, ensuring they are accurate, current, and accessible to writers, designers, leadership, and other stakeholders across the ministry.
9. Conduct targeted research on OBT projects to ensure all reported data is factual, current, and complete.
10. Proactively identify gaps in available OBT data and work with relevant departments to fill them.
11. Organize and attend meetings with members of Oral Bible Translation, Global Partnerships, Intellectual Property, Donor Engagement, and other relevant internal departments to enhance interdepartmental knowledge and collaboration.
AI Integration and Process Improvement
12. Leverage AI tools to streamline OBT data gathering, reporting workflows, and testimony acquisition process.
13. Develop and implement AI-based templates, prompts, and workflows that reduce manual repetition and improve departmental efficiency, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and brand consistency.
14. Collaborate with Digital and Print Marketing Manager, AI Integration Specialist, and Chief Administrative Officer to evaluate, select, configure, deploy, and retire AI tools and agent workflows used in Marketing and Communications OBT reporting. Support the use and adoption of agentic AI applied to OBT reporting workflows.
15. Assist in implementing and optimizing AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency and reporting processes that support Marketing and Communications OBT reporting, including automated data gathering, testimony acquisition, and report preparation. Collaborate with Digital and Print Marketing Manager to Support the refinement of workflows, including performance tracking and quality checks, in collaboration with leadership for these Marketing-owned workflows. Measure and report on agent performance against efficiency, accuracy, and quality targets, iterating workflows to meet or exceed benchmark thresholds.
Other Responsibilities
16. Collaborate with other members of Communications and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
17. Provide coordination support to the Chief Development Officer, Digital and Print Marketing Manager, and Creative Communications Manager, as needed.
Requirements
Required

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and/or minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing, data reporting, or coordination experience.
  • Ability to manage a variety of large projects and keep track of details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Monday.com or other CRM.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.
  • Ability to maintain discretion when acquiring, organizing, and distributing highly sensitive and/or confidential content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with people from varied backgrounds and cultures.
  • Proactive, self-directe4d work style with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Preferred
  • Experience in data management, project coordination, or reporting in a nonprofit or missions context.
  • Cross-cultural experience domestically or internationally.
