Job Description:

Summary:
Support supplier quality management by leveraging AI tools for predictive risk assessment, conducting audits, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate across teams to ensure supplier compliance, resolve issues, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality requirements, integrating AI-enabled practices.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluate manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Analyze quality data and AI-generated insights to identify risks and trends.
  • Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and issue escalation processes.
  • Use AI dashboards and models to generate and validate predictive insights.
  • Convert AI insights into actionable supplier quality improvements and strategies.
  • Ensure AI governance and data integrity in decision-making.
  • Communicate findings and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for quality improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in quality, supplier quality, or manufacturing roles.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, statistical analysis, QMS, and AI tools preferred.
  • Basic understanding of AI governance and predictive analytics is advantageous.

  • Use of AI tools and dashboards for quality decision-making.
