Job description

Prepare and/or review boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, land splits and other survey maps or plats

  • Perform analyses of data and demonstrate effective interactions with clients, contractors, subcontractors and other departments within the company.
  • Prepare and oversee contracts for survey and mapping work.
  • Review and prepare monthly billing reports and manage job budgets.
  • Perform employee evaluations and interview/evaluate potential candidates for open positions.
Qualifications: Candidate will have seven (7) years of survey experience, plus an A.S. in surveying or equivalent work experience of nine (9) years and a Professional Land Surveyor Registration, or demonstrate the ability to obtain within 90 days of accepting the position. Candidate must demonstrate prior survey department management experience. The Candidate must be experienced in Word, Excel, Civil 3D or MicroStation Survey and Trimble Office software. Knowledge of aerial mapping control surveys, geodetic surveys, local and national survey standards, Arizona Statutes/Administrative Code as they relate to Surveying and Mapping.
