We are currently seeking an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect/ Sr. Technical Lead Developer for our client based in Alpharetta, GA – 4 days onsite per week.

Position: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect/ Sr. Technical Lead Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA – 4 days onsite per week is Mandatory

Duration: Long-term 

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AEP solutions for enterprise clients. This role will focus on architecting scalable data solutions, optimizing customer data flows, and ensuring seamless integration with marketing and analytics ecosystems. The AEP Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive personalization, data governance, and identity resolution strategies that enable best-in-class customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect AEP Solutions: Design and implement scalable AEP-based architectures that support customer data unification, identity resolution, and real-time customer profiling.
  • Define Data Strategy: Develop data models using XDM schema, ensuring proper data ingestion, transformation, and activation across marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Platform Integrations: Lead the integration of AEP with tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake CDPs, Google Analytics, and other Martech/ad tech solutions.
  • Identity Resolution & Governance: Establish deterministic and probabilistic identity stitching strategies to unify customer data while ensuring compliance with privacy standards (CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize data pipelines, improve SLAs, and enhance data quality for high-volume streaming ingestion and batch processing.
  • Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to define requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Data Activation & Personalization: Architect audience segmentation, customer journey orchestration, and data activation use cases within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Real-Time CDP.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure data governance, privacy, and security best practices are followed, including consent management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AEP innovations to guide strategic roadmaps for clients.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, CDP/MarTech solutions, or digital analytics, with a focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Strong expertise in XDM schemas, data governance, identity resolution, and real-time data processing.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and API development for data transformation and automation.
  • Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other marketing platforms.
  • Deep understanding of data collection methodologies (Data Layers, JavaScript, SDKs) and ETL best practices.
  • Adobe Experience Platform certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment across multiple teams, including Strategy, Business, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology.
