This is a hands-on role for someone strategic, creative, and commercially driven, with expertise across paid social, SEO, PPC, CRM, and growth marketing. You'll work closely with the Chief Customer Officer to shape the brand, drive demand, and build a high-performing marketing engine from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership in a fast-growing AI business where your impact will be visible, measurable, and lasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and GTM lead to shape a bold, commercially driven brand and marketing strategy.
  • Own marketing performance end-to-end, continuously analysing, optimising, and driving growth.
  • Develop and deliver SEO strategy from concept to execution, driving organic visibility and qualified traffic growth.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid social, SEO, PPC, email, and more to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Build scalable, automated marketing processes that increase efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Maximise performance across all channels, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and ROI.
  • Balance long-term strategy with fast-paced execution, adapting quickly to opportunities and market changes.
  • Inspire high standards and accountability across the team, fostering a strong performance culture.
  • Manage the marketing budget with commercial discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective spend.
Skills & Experience
  • 4-5+ years' experience in growth marketing, ideally within start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering growth and SEO strategies from concept through to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid marketing, balancing brand growth with commercial ROI.
  • Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach focused on continuous optimisation.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across campaigns, email, and creative briefs.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and reporting on ROI and performance.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to generate and convert qualified leads.
  • Hands-on CRM expertise (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), including automation and email workflows.
  • Strong experience across paid social, SEO, PPC, and scalable growth marketing processes, including AI-driven tools.
  • Proven ability to drive visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable growth across channels.
  • Experience with WhatsApp B2B/B2C communications, including broadcasts and two-way messaging.
  • Strong email marketing capability, building campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and commercially minded, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of AI products, recruitment, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Curious and enthusiastic about AI, with the ability to communicate product value clearly and effectively.
Why Join Reed.ai?
  • Join an ambitious AI business at a pivotal stage of growth.
  • Shape the future of a disruptive recruitment product for SMEs.
  • Work directly with senior leadership and influence company direction.
  • Own marketing strategy and execution with real autonomy.
  • Be part of a fast-moving, collaborative, and high-impact team.
