Job description

On a typical day, you might:
  • Drive "operating rigor" across the organization by aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring clarity on milestones and KPIs tied to our long-term financial goals.

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing the structured communication and data-driven insights needed to chart new paths.

  • Define and set targets against operating KPIs, tracking performance, and communicating the drivers behind week-to-week variations.

  • Evaluate the competitive landscape to help define where we play and how we compete.

  • Identify and size new growth opportunities during the planning process, translating bold strategic ideas into tangible, data-backed initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems that have complex dependencies across different parts of the business.

  • Prepare high-stakes materials for the Board of Directors and investors, distilling complex market dynamics into clear, actionable executive decks.

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy & operations, strategic finance, sales operations, or a highly analytical role within a high-growth environment.

  • Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Deep industry expertise in Tech, specifically within the SaaS or AI sectors, and a strong understanding of the unique dynamics and KPIs of these markets.

  • Exceptional analytical prowess and a "scrappy" mindsetโ€”you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build a model from scratch or hunt down the data you need.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge different perspectives and drive consensus among diverse groups.
